Winners will be notified via the Winner Announcement email. You must ensure you are subscribed to receive the Winner Announcement email. If you are not subscribed to receive this email it is your responsibility to check the Winners page on the website. Visit Winners Page
Q. How do I claim my prize?
If you have received the winner announcement email and are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email within 30 days of receiving it. Alternatively visit the Winners page, select the Claim Now button and follow the on screen instructions.
Q. How are the prizes drawn?
Winners for all prize draws operated are selected at random by computer within 72 hours of the prize draw closing date.

Q. My name is on the winners page but I didn’t receive an email from you asking me to claim my prize. What do I do now?
If you have not claimed your prize and you are within 30 days of the prize draw closing date, please visit the Winners page, select the Claim Now button and follow the on screen instructions.
Q. How long will it take for my prize to arrive?
We aim to ensure that all prizes are despatched within 30 working days of your claim. On occasion this may take longer if a prize is out of stock or due to postage delays that are out of our control. If you haven’t received your prize within 30 working days of your claim, please contact us via the Contact us page.
